Shorefront Access: 1,600 ft of Shorefront, Shore Access.

Hiking Trails: The Straight Bay Loop descends to the shore of Straight Bay and follows the shoreline past overlooks and a picnic pavilion before returning to the trailhead (0.5 miles), the Bay to Bay trail departs from the Straight Bay Loop 300 ft north of the trailhead, the trail heads northeast through towering maple trees and crosses Straight Bay Road to Huckins Beach park. Once in Huckins Beach park the trail descends through groves of low growing juniper and blueberry to the shores of South Bay and parallels the shore to the Huckins Beach trailhead (1.4 miles).

Bike Routes: From Morrison Cove enjoy a quiet bike ride along Straight Bay Road to The Field (2.25 miles) at the Morong Cove Unit of Inland Fish and Wildlife’s Cobscook Bay Management Area. The Field offers beautiful views of Morong Cove and Straight Bay. Turn on to Lyon’s Road for access to Morong Cove: Picnic and Paddle (2.8 miles) and Island Coves –visits welcome by appointment- (3.8 miles). For a longer ride, Bike the Necks from Morrison Cove on Denbow Neck to Race Point at the end of Crow’s Neck (10 miles – each way).
